Welcome to Brooklands – a beautifully restored, secluded Georgian House set in 1.5 acres of it’s own grounds, located in the heart of the Tamar Valley – designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. We offer sumptuous breakfasts with local produce and home baked bread served in our garden room. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.Brooklands is less than 1 minute’s walk from a 15th century pub with an a la carte menu, we are 1 mile from the National Trust’s Cotehele House & Cotehele Quay on the River Tamar & just 40 minutes drive from the Eden Project. There are wonderful walks from the house, which we would be delighted to provide you with information on.
