We offer sumptuous breakfasts with local produce and home baked bread served in our garden room. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.Brooklands is less than 1 minute’s walk from a 15th century pub with an a la carte menu, we are 1 mile from the National Trust’s Cotehele House & Cotehele Quay on the River Tamar & just 40 minutes drive from the Eden Project.
