Polperro is located on the soutch coast of Cornwall 5.5m to the east of Fowey.

Launcells may just be seen whilst driving along the road between Holsworthy and Bude. It lies in a secluded valley 3 miles to the east of Bude.

Merthen Farm, which was built in the 17th Century, enjoys lovely countryside views and yet also is only a short distance from the coast and has easy access to the A390 making it an ideal base for visiting the Cornish Riviera or touring all of Cornwall. Although Merthen is no longer a working farm, you can be sure of a good, hearty Cornish breakfast after a peaceful night's sleep!
